Last November 11st, we celebrated the first global Uruguay Business Forum, organized by Mundo Marketing. The event took place at the Carrasco International Airport facilities, where the Caldeyro Victorica Real Estate team attended to witness the presentations of prestigious entrepreneurs and leaders of national and international business.
The focus of the forum was placed on dynamic content and business data in Uruguay, Latin America and the world, in terms of economy, consumption, management, marketing and innovation.
The three subject areas addressed in the forum focused on data to understand reality, tools to transform it, and the right dose of inspiration to become an engine to change.
High impact entrepreneurs, as Eduardo Constantini, real estate developer and owner of Malba (Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires) attended the event. He has over 30 years experience in the financial market and the development of real estate projects in Argentina, Uruguay and the United States. In 2011, Eduardo Constantini received the Order of Rio Branco in the degree of Commander, in recognition of his contribution to the dissemination of Brazilian culture. In 2014, he received “Entrepreneur of the Year” Endeavor’s award for its values, experience and commitment to innovation.
Recognized Argentine fashion businessman, Ricky Sarkany, also participated the Forum. For him, the key is finding the balance between creativity and potential profitability and confesses that -in his career- speed is the key factor to develop and follow last trends.
Other speakers were Miguel Angel Herrera, CEO of Burson Marsteller Latin America; Mark Christensen, regional director of comScore (research company Marketing on the Internet) for Latin America; Martha Giraldo, director of Nielsen for Latin America; Alain Mizrahi, CEO of Radar Group; Guillermo Garrone, director of Franklin Covey Southern Cone; and Alexis Janus, journalist, researcher and international author.
